Andy Warlord Burger in Pulau Tikus, Penang.

As I promised earlier in the previous post, this post is gonna be about Andy Warlord Burger! So what's so special about this another-burger-joint? Well, they do not use charcoal buns which is too mainstream nowadays, they use something I think no other joint has ever use them yet which are bagels and english muffin!

Bagel looks like doughnut but in a healthier way and english muffin is also being used in Mcdonald breakfast, it tastes fluffier and more powdery than bagel.

I think the name of Andy Warlord is originated from the name of its General Manager, Andy Teh.

Now they have opened a new branch in Raja Uda! Remember to support them as they are very NICE! 

So I've ordered- Chicken Shaman. Chicken + cheese + bacons.Their chicken is the best according to feedbacks from my friends! 

Unlike New York Burger which grill their chicken thigh, Andy Warlord make it different by deep fry it!

I did not say NY Burger is not tasty and in fact I have visited NY Burger more times than Andy's.

Comments- I don't know how they marinate their chicken but I just love the taste of it! It has a hint of spicy flavor in it. The chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I hope they can make their bacons crispier though. The bun mixes well with the chicken, it is a fluffy-crunchy combination yum. All sum up together with their sauce, OH-EM-GEE. It is highly recommended by me! I will definitely visit them over and over again!

Bf's order- Pork Kodo Beast. Pork + cheese + bacons + egg. Was in love with the sunnyside up egg yolk! Until bf accidentally broke the egg yolk causing it to leak, what a waste -.- 

Comments- Bf thinks the pork tastes like Malay style and it is not that special. I think it is true because through the feedbacks of my friends the pork is the worst among the others. But from what I saw from other blogs, some say the pork patty is not packed enough as the meat will fall off when you bite. Some say the patty is thick and juicy and soft. Have a try yourself and decide what's best for you :)

Mochatto, Penang.

Mochatto cafe is located in Jelutong area (full address at the end) and people normally wouldn't go there because there are no shopping malls but some kopitiam and shops that are not as attractive as malls. Among most of the shops I found this cafe attractive because of its comfortable environment and cheap pricing. It sells drinks like milk tea, ice blend and fruit tea ranging from RM4.90 to RM5.90.

I got to know this shop because of my friend who bought a voucher/coupon on livingsocial  and we decided to go for it :) We went on Monday but sorry for the late update because I was really busy for my finals (still am lol) 

The shop is quite new as it was opened like a couple of months ago.

Looks quiet isn't it? The moment you step foot in it you will be free from the noise and smoke outside. 

It is a good place to study! And it provides Wi-fi service as well.

You are bringing 10 friends? No problem. This sofa seats can contain up to that 

(or more if all of your friends are in petite size)

A sort of "fenced up" section for you to have your own occasion such as birthday celebration etc.

Do you still remember the voucher that I mentioned previously? You can actually choose from either pork or chicken burger, unfortunately they only have chicken ones on that day :(

As you can see the presentation is just.. Meh. 

And fyi I did not eat or pick out the vege, there is just NO vege at all. Not that I like vege but it can at least add some points for your appearance. My friends who ordered the normal one (no bacon) contain only 2 buns, cheese and a chicken thigh meat lol, can you imagine how plain it is?! 

Well it is rare to see burger joints with this kind of buns anymore, now they serve charcoal buns, bagel, and even green tea buns! The chicken thigh and bacons were not badly serve with BBQ sauce which is a good thing because I don't really like my burger with ketchup or chilli (unless it is tasteless like McChicken).

In overall, it was not bad and I really like the environment, hope I can try out their pork burger on the next visit.
